    To me, this is the only reasonable response to what is quite simply nonsense in my opinion. These are technical comments, avoiding cursing in new code is one thing, but going back and changing comments in a way that reduces understandability in comments, which are already prone to be outdated and somewhat confusing at times, is simply not a good idea.

      Better yet, programmers have the right to curse at bad code because often they curse at their own code. Also everybody has their mouth full of "right of speech", cursing is speech too as it communicates something and communication is speech.
