It is annual review time, and I have had to start writing performance reviews with team members on my team. Which means I pull up all my notes from email, text files and post it notes and try to write a clear concise report on each associate. I have been experimenting with different organizational tools like Apple Notes, One Note and Confluence but it just felt unorganized.

So I created a mobile app to track one on ones, progress on key skills and my notes on what I thought their performance review should be.

I call it Team Lead, I made it in Flutter so its available on both iOS and Android. Here are the links, its the first version and I think I got all the kinks out and have it ready for others to use.
