I often discover interesting newsletters by seeing other people tweet about them, mention them in a podcast or even link to them from another newsletter - example: https://cronyclecovid19.substack.com/p/corona-daily-280220 which is a newish Coronavirus daily update.

Is there a better way? Does anyone use a better tool to discover good newsletters? Where is the hackernews or Apple Podcasts tool for newsletters?
