Ask HN: Support ticket software for customers to report bugs/requests?

So instead of writing the software and letting the client host it themselves, we offer the option of also hosting it for them in the cloud. These clients can be different companies.
We want to make it easy for those customers to use a system to report bugs/issues/feature requests to us. We can then easily work on them and reply back. Company 1 should not be able to see tickets from Company 2.
We use Azure Devops and it would be cool if it could integrate with this, but it is not a hard requirement.
I know services like Zendesk exist for this. But my experiences with these kind of services have not been great. They are slow or cumbersome.
It should be easy to use for end users and it would be nice if it would be a bit tech-focused.
I wonder if some of you have experiences or recommendations. Perhaps you also have recommendations of what not to use?
