    This is phenomenally good and speaks to my soul.

    That said, I noticed that it's been posted to HN nearly 20 times over the past 7 years. I was hoping for some meaty comment threads, but it's never gotten more than 1 comment any time it's been posted.

        Yeah, I don't get it. The delivery of the talk is a little.. pointed.

        But the perspective offered is incredibly compelling. And my work experiences -- both positive and negative -- are sympatico with so much said here.
