    It is unclear to me the precise thesis of this article. It seems to blame agile, but then talks about hourly pay schemes, Twitters hiring practices, balances of power and 40 hour work weeks.

      You are right. Thank you! I edited it and removed the hourly billing bits so that I could better express my thesis.
