Any Concerns with Building on ChatGPT?

Have any developers raised concerns on building applications on top of GPT-3 or future releases?

Is there anything in the OpenAI license that gives you pause?

I’m trying to better understand why some people might not want to build on top of ChatGPT, and the business or engineering concerns behind that.

    OpenAI's terms say they can ban you for any reason whatsoever as long as they give you 30 days' notice. If you did build something on top of ChatGPT and they later banned you, you'd have no product and no recourse.

        ?? I did just that using the app.

        Is this not posted in ask HN?

        Unless there is something wrong with the UX, my understanding was that this was to be an Ask HN post.
