- m463 2 years agowonderful article - explains linux (more appeal to "user" than "buyer")
People kicking the tires on linux just won't be as attracted.
also explains flat laptop keyboards, glossy displays, the touchbar, and other things that are sexy but not as usable day-to-day.
I loved the old keyboards that had a slight indent that matched the shape of your fingers. Matte displays seem to work better in a lighted environment, the touchbar -- I don't know anyone that cares about it after the first 15 minutes of novelty.
