    Looking back, civilizations which span hundreds of years do oscillate over long decades.

    Comfort and complicity are said to produce ambivalence, maybe a break from the galvanized hardliners of war, or the impoverished interruptions in mass consumption supply ecosystems.

    A after 800 it is said the Sumerian valley cultures were corrupted and perverted, we all know what happened to Greece, Rome, the early Christian world, and finally the consumertopia revolution.

    What might come of our delegation of effort to technocracy?
