    It's okay to define your terms. I'm pretty sure "RL" in this context means "Reinforcement Learning," but as a lay-person outside the ML world, it seems new abbreviations emerge all the time without me knowing about it.

    This article looks like it's targeting a more or less broad audience, many of whom may not know that RL stands for Reinforcement Learning.
