- 1MachineElf 1 year agoBetween the sender and the subject line, this is all one needs to know in many cases. - AndrianV 1 year agoCertainly! The subject line plays a significant role in how recipients determine whether an email is spam or not in the world of email communication. While the exact proportion may vary slightly between research studies, it is generally agreed that the subject line has a substantial impact on the email's outcome.
