Huge fan of the in-person Tuesday dinners! I think there's something interesting to be said for the fact that the dinners were informal, over food/drink, totally unrecorded, and in person. There's a level of candor (and friendly debate!) that you can get to in that setting that's tough to get to over a podcast or over Zoom.

nice post! startup-within-a-startup is always tough, but it seems like making the team as much like a startup as possible (in every way) is the right approach.
