    Or better, do it in Spain or Portugal and save money. I mean, it's not an African kingdom to colonize economically but hey, it could work too.

      This project won't happen.

      So far they have raised a minuscule part of the funds needed and it is much more expensive that the equivalent offshore windfarm in the UK.
