      Not discussed ,but implicit mentioned ,the practices advocated for pushed a dependency on non extractive, non colonial trade. Which reveals the colonial "my country" first empires as the murderous monstrositys they really were. Getting "starved" out by some empire was a horrifying comon thing before the world wars.
