I have no idea what I just read, this seems somewhat unhinged. Why is the Adrian dittman persona of interest?

Because it is the alleged alt account for Elon. There have been a number of instances of late where politicians and other notable public figures have been caught having their primary and alts interact as if they are different people. Many see the practice as deceptive

I'm not famous or rich but I use psuedomous accounts, like this one, for what I consider to be good reasons. It is a kind of deception to try to maintain my privacy ... and I have no problem with that. It would be interesting to find an alt Elon account but only as scandalous as the worst thing he said with it.

It's more that he (and other prominent public figures) use their alt accounts to interact with their primary account, as if they are different people. This is what people find deceptive

          I’d say very unhinged.

Elon Musk is a person with both tech influence and now political influence. His alt accounts have influence as well and are therefore relevant.

But why this one? How do you pick a random Twitter account to check if it's Elon's sock puppet?

Surely there must have been a reason to specifically check this one?

Yeah, I have never been a fan of Elon Musk, but this thing is is setting off some red flags of weird untrustworthiness.

For example, the promise that "friends at the NSA" will be providing some future unspecified form of evidence. It gives me nostalgic "I asked my uncle who works at Nintendo" vibes.

Oh, now the "father of the year" award Twitter replies suddenly make total sense.

                Why so serious?
