What the ICC knows about the US, other nations are paying attention to.
Cooperation is difficult-to-impossible with a nation that transforms overnight into what can be fairly described as a fully corrupt, rage-driven autocratic thug - complete with enemy lists.
A nation like this isn't a nation you work with. It's a nation you protect yourself from.
