    Understated headline. Usually "traces" implies amounts so tiny as to have no effect, but in this case kids were getting sick.

      Until they report the concentration, I'd not be sure that is not a social panic. Some reactives are too sensitive to tiny amount and the effects can be caused by another problem. Once one case hits the press, it's possible that other misatribute other unrelated problems.
