Tech CEO Pays $400k to Conduct the Toronto Symphony

    When I see stuff like this, I think about how there are people for whom seeing the symphony is a big deal and a special event... and end up having to endure someone who's spent more than their yearly salary in order to fulfill some childhood fantasy.

    He could easily have paid for this to happen during rehersal time or paying the musicians overtime to operate on the off hours. The fact he did it during a performance people paid to see is disrespectful to the audience and the musicians.

      Our world is their playground. Rent Venice for your wedding? Check. Send your girlfriend to space? Check. They have to much money and no respect at all.
